The houses develop a tradition of healthy competition amongst students in all spheres of school life - academic, cultural and sports. Cultural activities and games are an essential part of the curriculum. Inter - House and Inter - School cultural activities such as debates, elocution, versification etc. and games like football, speedball and individual games like chess and table tennis are held from time to time and they promote a sense of loyalty and healthy competition. In addition to the curriculum, the school encourages self - reliance, love for the outdoors, a spirit of adventure, growth of intellectual curiosity and community service through various after- school programmes.
